 Making Passion Fruit Syrup Recipe


Ingredients


1 cup (tea) of passion fruit pulp with seeds

1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

1 tablespoon (soup) of cornstarch

1 cup (tea) of water



Preparation

Dilute the cornstarch in water and add to the other ingredients. Bring to the boil in a pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the syrup is thick and shiny.

The consistency is that of soft jelly, remember that it will thicken as it cools.
