Easy to Make Shrimp Broth
Ingredients
400 g of shrimp
1 liter of water
olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 - Peel the shrimp. Remove the shells and heads.
Step 2 - In a large pan, sauté them in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Step 3 - Add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and, once boiling, cover and simmer for 20 minutes on the stove.
Step 4 - Remove the pan from the stove. Using a pestle, crush the heads into the broth.
Step 5 - Then, strain the broth. It's ready... Simple, don't you think?
