Delicious Tuna Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
1 packet of cream
110 g of onion
170 g of drained tuna
50 g of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
60 g of grated mozzarella cheese
320 g of penne pasta
Dried oregano to taste
Preparation
Chop the onion.
Cook the pasta in salted water, following the manufacturer's instructions.
In the meantime, in a frying pan, sauté the onion with the olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add the oregano, pepper and the crumbled tuna to the fried onion and stir for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and let it cook a little. Add 1 ladle of the pasta cooking water and the cream.
Add the drained pasta and mozzarella and stir again, cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes, so that the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
