 Delicious Spaghetti with Yogurt


Ingredients


400 g spaghetti

salt to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed

2 natural yogurts

1 beaten egg

8 g lemon zest

1/4 dl lemon juice

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon coarsely chopped coriander





Preparation


Cook the spaghetti in salted water.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

Add the crushed garlic.

Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain it well.

Add the spaghetti to the frying pan.

Stir with tongs.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the beaten egg, lemon zest and juice.

Pour this mixture into the frying pan.

Stirring constantly with tongs, cook for three minutes.

Place the spaghetti on a serving plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.


Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.


Tip: If you prefer, replace the lemon zest and juice with lime zest and juice.
