Delicious Rice Pudding Dessert with Red Fruits


Ingredients


250 g of Carolina rice

750 ml of water

1 pinch of salt

zest of 1 lemon

1 l of rice milk

250 g of brown sugar

150 g of raspberries

100 g of blueberries

1 heaped tablespoon of honey





Preparation


Start by bringing the water to a boil with a pinch of salt and the lemon zest. Add the rice and cook until the water evaporates.

Add the rice milk and sugar. Cook until the mixture is creamy.

Divide the cream into individual bowls and let it cool.

In the meantime, prepare the jam. Bring the red fruits and honey to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Add a little jam to each bowl of rice pudding and serve.
