Delicious Potato Sandwich
Ingredients
4 potatoes
4 slices of raclette (fondue-type cheese)
2 slices of raw ham (serrano)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 - Cut the peeled potatoes in half, vertically. Grease the baking dish and place them. Drizzle a little olive oil over the potatoes. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2 - Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C, remembering to turn them over.
Step 3 - Remove the potatoes from the oven and place half a slice of cheese on top of each one. Bake again for about 5 minutes (until the cheese melts).
Step 4 - Remove them from the heat and place half a slice of serrano ham on top of each potato. Place half of the potato on top of the other half. Use a toothpick to hold the potato in place, for example.
Step 5 - The sandwiches are ready
