 Delicious Pineapple Burger


Ingredients


800 g prepared pork

1 red onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp nutmeg

1 pineapple

4 slices of mozzarella cheese

1 beef heart tomato

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Country salad to accompany





Preparation


1.

Season the meat with the chopped red onion and the seasonings: salt powder, paprika and nutmeg.

Mix well with your hands, covering the meat with the seasonings.

Form 6 hamburgers using a round mold and flatten well. Refrigerate to help solidify, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the pineapple, peel it and cut it into slices. Place them on the grill and grill on both sides until they have grill marks. Set aside.


5.

Heat the grill again and grill the burgers on both sides, seasoning them with a little salt and pepper. When they are almost ready, cover them with a slice of mozzarella cheese, pour a little water on the grill and cover the grill to create steam. This will help the cheese melt with the heat from the meat.


6.

Start assembling the burgers: toast the slices of burger bun and start by placing a slice of beef heart tomato, add the cheese burger, 1 slice of grilled pineapple and cover with the other half of the bun.

Serve with a green salad for a simple but complete meal.
