Delicious Oven-Baked Turkey Recipe


Ingredients


1 large sliced ​​onion

5 sliced ​​garlic cloves

1 turkey leg

500 g small potatoes

100 ml olive oil

150 ml white wine

1 tablespoon paprika paste

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt to taste

Fresh oregano to taste

Greens to taste




Preparation

Place the sliced ​​onion on the bottom of a baking tray and, on top, the turkey leg and the potatoes with their skins on. Season with a little salt, pepper, paprika paste, sliced ​​garlic, lemon juice and fresh oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and white wine and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Bake until golden brown, about 1 hour to 1h30. Baste the turkey leg and potatoes with the sauce from time to time.

In the meantime, place a pan of water on the stove and as soon as it starts to boil, add a dash of olive oil, add a little salt and add the washed turnip greens. Cover and let cook for a few minutes.

Serve the turkey leg with the potatoes and turnip greens and garnish the turkey with fresh oregano.
