Delicious Orange and Condensed Milk Cake with Strawberries
Ingredients
1 can (370g) of condensed milk
120g of champagne stick biscuits (9 units)
3 medium eggs
300g of fresh, washed strawberries
100ml of orange juice
100ml of cognac
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Spread the champagne sticks in a 20x28cm rectangular baking tin. Mix the cognac and orange juice and pour over the sticks.
Spread the strawberries cut into pieces over the sticks.
Beat the condensed milk and eggs in a bowl. Spread over the previous mixture.
Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
Can be eaten warm, at room temperature or cold.
