 Delicious Hot Dog with Guacamole


Ingredients


2 sweet potatoes

Half a red onion

Juice of half a lime

Cilantro to taste

1 tsp salt

Pepper to taste

2 avocados

Olive oil to taste

Hot Dog Buns

Turkey sausages





Preparation


1.

On a baking tray with baking paper, arrange the sweet potatoes, sliced ​​by hand or using a food processor. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Chop the onion, coriander and mash the avocados. Add them to a bowl and season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Set aside in the fridge.

In a frying pan, grill the sausages until golden brown. Set aside.


4.

Open the bread, drizzle a little olive oil on the inside and toast in the same frying pan.


5.

Place the sausage on the bread and cover with the guacamole and serve with the sweet potato chips.
