Delicious Cold Tuna Pie
Ingredients
115 g Mashed Potatoes
150 ml Semi-skimmed Milk
4 Boiled Eggs
200 g Grated Carrots
100 g Mayonnaise
250 g Tuna in Olive Oil
400 ml Water
Preparation
Prepare the mashed potatoes with the milk, water and a teaspoon of salt, as indicated on the package instructions, and leave to cool slightly.
Place the mashed potatoes in a dish with a 18-20cm baking tin.
Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Spread the crumbled tuna and spread another thin layer of mayonnaise on top.
Spread the remaining mashed potatoes and then cover with another layer of mayonnaise and the grated carrots on top.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks of the boiled egg and chop both. First spread a layer of chopped egg whites and finish with the egg yolks.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
