Delicious Chocolate Ice Cream with Nuts
Ingredients
100 g sugar
1 bar of 70% Dark Chocolate
400 ml of LONGA VIDA Cream
5 egg yolks
100 ml of whole milk
5 g of nuts
Preparation
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish mixture.
Place the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Pour over the egg yolks little by little, without stopping to beat.
Place the mixture in a saucepan over low heat and cook for a few minutes until it thickens a little.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until it melts completely. Cover with cling film touching the cream and let it cool.
Place the ice cream in the freezer and every 30m take it out and stir it well. Leave to freeze for approximately 4 hours.
Add nuts when serving.
