Delicious Chicken with Mango Recipe
Ingredients
8 chicken thighs
40g (up to 50g) brown sugar (yellow, cane sugar)
200g mango
sesame seeds (sesame seeds) to taste
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
10ml soy sauce
a little sunflower oil
a little water
Preparation
Step 1 - Mix all the ingredients except the chicken, and press until you get a more or less liquid mixture.
Step 2 - Add the chicken thighs.
Step 3 - Mix well with your hands.
Step 4 - Cover the container with plastic wrap/cling film and let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
After that time, remove the paper/film.
Step 5 - Place everything in a baking dish.
Step 6 - Bake for 45 minutes at 200ºC until golden. If you want, before taking it out of the oven, put it in grill mode for 10 minutes to brown and crisp.
Step 7 - And that's it!
