 Delicious Almond Tart


Ingredients


100 g sugar

100 g flour

90 g unsalted butter

1 egg

100 g brown sugar

100 g unsalted butter

150 g sliced ​​almonds

6 tbsp milk



Preparation


Beat the butter, sugar and egg until creamy. Add the flour, without beating, and place the mixture in a tart pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 5 minutes.

The base of the almond tart will be ready when it is golden and barely cooked. Remove from the oven and, using a cloth or kitchen paper, press the dough down firmly so that it is thin and not high like a cake.

In the meantime, combine all the ingredients for the almond tart filling in a saucepan. Melt over medium heat and, when everything is well combined, pour over the tart base. Spread the almonds evenly.

Bake again for another 10 minutes and then grill for 1 minute until golden brown. A few minutes after removing the almond tart from the oven, loosen it with a spatula or knife so that the caramel doesn't stick to the tart pan.
