Delicious accompaniment to any main course Peas with Ham
Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
35 g olive oil
60 g ham
450 g frozen peas
40 g white wine (approx. 40 ml)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
1.
Place the garlic clove in the bowl and press the Crush function. Using the spatula, scrape down the bits that have accumulated on the sides of the bowl.
2.
Add the olive oil and the ham cut into small cubes, and set for 5 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.
3.
Add the frozen peas, wine, salt and pepper to taste and set for 15 minutes at 100°C, speed 2, on Reverse Rotation.
4.
Check if the peas are cooked and, if necessary, program another 1 or 2 minutes at the same speed and temperature.
