Chocolate Custard with Piripiri Recipe
Ingredients
1 teaspoon of piri-piri pods
700 ml of milk
100 g of brown sugar
20 g of cornstarch
6 egg yolks
200 g of 70% Dark Chocolate
Preparation
Put the milk and piri-piri in the glass and heat for 10 minutes, 90º, speed 1. Strain using a fine mesh strainer, discard the seeds and reserve the milk.
In the clean glass, add the milk and chocolate, wait a few seconds until it softens and beat for 10 seconds, speed 5.
Add the sugar, starch (or flour) and egg yolks and program for 8 minutes, 90º, speed 3. Pour into glasses and serve warm or cold.
