Cheese Stuffed Pumpkin Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pumpkin (butternut or other type of pumpkin)
100 g smoked bacon
1 onion
120 g Reblochon cheese
Preparation
Step 1 - Remove the seeds from the pumpkin. Using a tablespoon, dig the length of the pumpkin. Recover the scrapings and place them flattening in the part where we removed the seeds (see video below this recipe)
Step 2 - In a saucepan/pan, sauté the onions with a little butter until they are transparent. Stuffing the pumpkin: place the smoked bacon (raw) along the pumpkin and the sautéed onions on top.
Step 3 - Cut the Reblochon cheese into pieces and place it on top of the onions.
Step 4 - Bake for 45 minutes at 190°C.
Step 5 - Your stuffed pumpkin is ready!!!
