Candy Apple Recipe
Ingredients
2 apples (preferably organic)
100 g sugar
a little water
red food coloring
wooden skewers
Step 1 - After washing the apples thoroughly, stick a skewer into each one.
Step 2 - In a pan, over high heat, add the sugar, a little water and a few drops of food coloring.
When the sugar starts to caramelize, turn off the heat. It should not be hard.
Step 3 - Quickly dip the apples in the caramel, so that they are completely covered. Leave to rest on greaseproof paper/butter.
If the caramel starts to harden, put it back on the heat.
Step 4 - When cool, they will be ready to enjoy!
