3-Ingredient Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
170 g > 1 bar of Culinária 44% Cocoa
300 ml of cream
2 egg yolks
Preparation
Chop the chocolate with a knife.
In a pan, mix the cream with the egg yolks.
Heat over low heat until slightly thickened.
Stir for about 5 minutes with a whisk. Remove from the heat.
Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted.
Pour the contents into a 14 cm mold lined with greaseproof paper.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
