Traditional Madeira Sangria 🍷🍷
Ingredients
Orange: 1
Green (or red) apple: 1
Lime: 1
A dozen grapes.
Cane sugar or brown sugar: 3 heaped spoons
1 Glass of Beirão Liquor
1 Glass of white martini
Wine: 1 bottle of very cold red wine
1 Can of lemon-lime soda
2 Cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Cut the apple and orange into pieces. Cut the grapes in half, squeeze the lime juice and mix everything with the sugar. Add the cinnamon sticks.
Let it macerate at room temperature for one or two hours. Add the glasses of liqueur, martini and soda. Stir well. Finally add the wine, which should already be very cold. If necessary, add a few ice cubes.
