Seafood Spaghetti Recipe 🍝🦐🍤
To prepare seafood spaghetti, start by choosing a variety of fresh seafood, such as shrimp, mussels, clams and squid. Cook the spaghetti in salted water, removing it just before it reaches “al dente” to finish with the seafood.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil with minced garlic and add the shrimp and squid, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the mussels and clams, stirring well. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce, adding cherry tomatoes and a touch of red pepper if you want more flavor.
Toss the drained spaghetti with the sauce and finish with fresh parsley and lemon zest. Serve with a lemon wedge on the side, to enhance the freshness of the seafood.
