Kiwi Jam Recipe 🥝🥝🥝
Ingredients:
6 ripe kiwis
1 cup sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup water
Method:
Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.
Place the kiwis in a saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice.
Add the water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the kiwis break down and the mixture begins to thicken (about 20 to 30 minutes).
When it reaches the desired consistency, remove from the heat and let it cool.
Serve with toast or crackers, or use as a filling for cakes and pies!
