Egg flan pudding, vanilla flavor ππ
Ingredients
For the pudding
1 liter of milk
6 eggs
160 g of sugar
1 vanilla pod
For the caramel:
70 g of sugar
a little water
Preparation
Caramel
Place the sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat and add a few drops of water. Leave until the mixture turns brown.
Immediately pour it into the bottom of your dish/pudding mold so that it is evenly spread.
Step 2 - Egg flan pudding, vanilla flavorBring the milk to the boil with the opened vanilla pod inside.
In the meantime, beat the eggs with the sugar.
When the milk boils, gradually pour it into the egg and sugar mixture.
It is important to mix well so that the milk does not cook the eggs.
Step 4 - Vanilla egg flan puddingPour this mixture over the caramel and place the dish/mold in a bain-marie. (The water in the bain-marie must be boiling)
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 150ΒΊC.
The pudding will be ready when a knife inserted into the pudding comes out clean.
Step 5 - Vanilla egg flan puddingLet it cool and place in the refrigerator for a few hours, then unmold and serve.
