 Bread pudding (simple, quick and economical)


Ingredients


250 g of stale bread

750 ml of milk

75 g of sugar

1 sachet (2 teaspoons) of vanilla sugar

3 eggs





Cut the stale bread into very coarse pieces. Pour the milk over the top. Mix and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Using a hand blender, mix well until there are no more pieces of bread.

Add the vanilla sugar and the eggs. Mix well.

In a greased pan, pour the batter.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Your bread pudding is ready.
