Tropical cake recipe 🍰🍰
Ingredients:
3 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Lemon zest
Topping and filling:
1 can of condensed milk
200 ml of cream
1 cup of grated coconut
Tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberry)
Passion fruit syrup
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round pan.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
Add the coconut milk, oil and lemon zest, beating well.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder, stirring gently.
Place the dough in the pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling: mix the condensed milk with the cream and grated coconut.
After the cake has cooled, cut it in half, fill it with the coconut mixture and finish by covering it with more cream.
Decorate with the fruit and finish with the passion fruit syrup.
