Crepes with Honey Recipe 😊
Ingredients for the crepes:
1 cup of wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of melted butter
A pinch of salt
To serve:
Honey to taste
How to prepare:
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter and salt until you get a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little butter or oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, spreading it out to form a thin layer.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
Repeat until you run out of batter.
Serve the crepes with a generous layer of honey, folding or rolling them as you prefer.
