 Caramel Pudding Recipe 😊


Ingredients:


1 cup of sugar (for the caramel)

1 can of condensed milk

2 cans (the same amount as the can of condensed milk) of milk

3 whole eggs





Preparation:


Caramel: In a pan, melt the sugar over medium heat until you get a golden caramel. Don't stir too much so it doesn't crystallize. Once it reaches the desired color, pour the caramel into a pudding mold, spreading it well on the sides.


Pudding: In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs until the mixture is very smooth.


Pour the mixture over the caramel in the mold. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place it in a bain-marie.


Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the pudding is firm (you can test it by poking it with a toothpick, it should come out clean).


Cool: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (the longer, the better the texture).


Unmold: To unmold, run a knife around the edges and invert the pudding onto a large plate. The caramel will drip beautifully over the pudding.


Serve well chilled and enjoy!
