Banana Cake Recipe 🍌🍌


ingredients:


3 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1 cup of sugar (can be brown sugar for a healthier touch)

1/2 cup of oil (can use coconut oil or melted butter)

1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour (can be replaced with whole wheat flour)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)

Chopped nuts or walnuts (optional)





Preparation method:


Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a medium-sized pan with butter and flour.

In a bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork.

Add the eggs, sugar and oil, mixing until a homogeneous dough forms.

Gradually add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, stirring until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

If you are using chestnuts or walnuts, mix them into the batter.

Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool before unmolding.

The result will be an incredibly soft banana cake, with the aroma of the fruit filling the kitchen!
