Portuguese Turkey Neck 😊🍗


Ingredients


01 kg of turkey neck

03 crushed garlic cloves

½ spoon of salt

2 spoons of oil

03 medium chopped onions

01 medium chopped bell pepper

02 chopped tomatoes

Pepper to taste

05 medium potatoes

01 spoon of paprika

01 chicken or beef bouillon cube.





Instructions


Start by preparing the turkey neck, removing excess fat and washing it carefully.

Then, crush the garlic with salt.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and brown the seasoned garlic.

Add the turkey neck and fry for a few minutes.

Add the paprika, continue frying and stirring until it turns golden brown.

Cover the turkey neck with water, adding a chicken or beef bouillon cube.

Boil for 2 minutes, cover the pan and cook under pressure for about 20 minutes.

Adjust the salt as needed.

After releasing the pressure, add the remaining ingredients, add more water if necessary, bring to a boil and cover again to gain pressure. Cook for another 15 minutes until the meat falls off the bone and the potatoes are cooked.

Your Portuguese turkey neck is ready to be enjoyed.
