Ingredients
200g of diced ham
Spaghetti
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
400g of grated pecorino cheese
Ground black pepper
Preparation
1. In a large pan, start by placing 200g of diced ham. Let it caramelize.
2. In another pan, cook the spaghetti pasta.
3. Then, in a bowl, place 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks and beat. Add 400g of grated pecorino cheese.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, place it in the pan with the bacon and turn off the heat, cooking only with the residual heat.
5. Add the eggs with the cheese. Finally, serve and season with ground black pepper to taste and more grated cheese.
