Orange sweet
Ingredients
3 oranges
1 kg brown sugar
Preparation
Cut the oranges into thin half-moons and soak in water for 10 minutes.
Drain the oranges and place them in a pan.
Let it soften over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar and let it boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grind the sweet with a magic wand and place in sterilized jars.
Store in the refrigerator.
