Pineapple Stuffed with Ice Cream ππ☺️☺️
Ingredients:
1 large pineapple
125 g of sugar
150 ml pineapple juice
3 egg yolks
4 egg whites
400 ml cream for whipping
zest and juice of 1 lemon
Production:
Remove the lid from the pineapple, leaving the leaves remaining and store.
Remove the fruit core and grind it, previously extracting the indicated amount of juice.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar very well, then add the lemon zest and juice. Bring to a boil and continue beating until it thickens. Remove and continue beating.
When it cools, add the pineapple core and juice.
Beat the very cold cream into whipped cream and add it to the previous cream.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully add them to the mixture. Stuff the pineapple with this cream and place it in the freezer for a few hours.
Serve the pineapple covered with its own lid and decorated as desired.
