Octopus Skillet 🐙🐙😊😊




Ingredients



300 g of octopus

1 1/2 liter of water

1 glass of white wine

1 medium onion chopped

1 tablespoon of butter

4 slices of bacon

1 lemon squeezed

salt and parsley to taste







Preparation


Place the octopus in water with salt, white wine and onion and cook for approximately 30 minutes over low heat, until it boils. When the octopus is tender, drain the water, place the octopus in the pan for 5 minutes and sauté with butter, lemon and bacon. When serving, add the parsley.
