Green Soup with Pepperoni and Bacon ☺️☺️


Ingredients


Bacon to taste


2 pepperoni


1 tablespoon crushed garlic


Pepper to taste


Salt to taste


1 kg of potatoes


Cabbage leaves to taste


1 spoon of butter








method of preparation



Peel and cut the potatoes.

Cook in salted water until soft. Pass in a processor or blender.

Fry the bacon and pepperoni.

Add garlic and pepper.

Sauté well and add the beaten potato broth.

Adjust the salt, add a spoonful of butter and finish with chopped cabbage.
