Stuffed Jelly ☺️☺️☺️


filling ingredients


1 box of condensed milk (395 grams)


1 box of cream (200 grams)


1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)


2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (12 grams each)


100 ml of water (1/2 cup of 200 ml)


gelatin ingredients


2 envelopes of strawberry flavor gelatin (25 grams each)


250 ml of hot water


250 ml of cold water







method of preparation


Separate all the ingredients for the filled jelly

For the filling, in a container, hydrate the unflavored gelatin with water, mix and place in the microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve. Reserve;


In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream, coconut milk and dissolved gelatin. Beat for 2 to 3 minutes or until a homogeneous cream forms;


Pour the cream into a round mold, with a central hole and greased with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Reserve


For the gelatin, place the strawberry gelatin in a container and hydrate with boiling water, stirring well until dissolved;


Once it dissolves, add cold water, mix and let it cool completely. Reserve;


Using a spatula or knife, remove the white cream from the mold, both on the sides and the central hole (the cream should be very loose in the mold);


Carefully pour the strawberry gelatin, already at room temperature, over the cream (squeeze the white cream so that the gelatin enters the sides of the mold) and return the mold to the refrigerator for at least 8 hours;


Carefully unmold the gelatin and serve. Enjoy!
