Stuffed Chicken 🍗🎅🎅🎄🎄


Ingredients


1 chicken, cleaned and opened from the bottom


4 tablespoons chopped green chilli


Salt and black pepper


2 garlic cloves


2 tablespoons of vinegar


4 tablespoons olive oil, butter or margarine


Chicken giblets


1 medium onion chopped


Cassava flour


2 boiled eggs, chopped


12 pitted olives, chopped

method of preparation


With a fork, pierce the chicken in all parts.

Mix green scent, salt, chopped garlic, vinegar and black pepper. Spread over the chicken with olive oil or butter.

Place in the fridge for about 6 to 12 hours.

Cut the pieces of giblets and cook with butter.

Place in a frying pan with butter, salt, garlic and onion. Saute well.

Add a drop of water to cook a little.

Add 2 spoons of green scent and stir.

Add cassava flour to make a moist farofa.

When the farofa turns yellow, remove it from the heat and add the eggs and olives.

Stuff the chicken with the farofa and pass the legs, crosswise, through the opening.

Place in the oven on a greased baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the sauce.

Remove the paper and bake for another 30 minutes to brown.

Now just serve! Enjoy.
