Spaghetti Alla Norma 🍷🍷🍷🎅🎅🎅
Ingredients
1/2 package of spaghetti or noodles
1 sliced eggplant
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Fresh basil leaves
1 can tomato sauce
Buffalo mozzarella to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil
Preparation
Place the pasta to cook in boiling water until al dente.
Cut the eggplant slices in half and season with salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat the oil and brown the eggplants on both sides (3 minutes on each side).
Drizzle with more olive oil, add the garlic and sauté over medium heat.
Add the tomato sauce and basil leaves. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add the cooked al dente pasta, buffalo mozzarella and mix well.
Now just serve. Enjoy.
