Pork Knuckle with Black Beer Sauce 🐖🐖🎅🎅


Ingredients


1 chopped onion


1 lemon juice


8 cloves of garlic


Rosemary to taste


Salt to taste


2 pieces of pork knuckles


2 sprigs of thyme


1 can of dark beer


2 tablespoons of butter


2 tablespoons of wheat flour







method of preparation


In a blender, blend the onion, lemon juice, 5 cloves of garlic, rosemary and salt until you obtain a paste and set aside.

Make holes in the skin of the knee and, in each one, place rosemary and a piece of garlic.

Spread the paste all over the meat, transfer to a bowl with rosemary and thyme, close tightly and set aside in the fridge overnight.

After the time has passed, add the meat to a large pressure cooker, add the beer and season with more salt.

Cook for 45 minutes, then transfer to a pan and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Turn the pieces of meat and return them to the oven for another 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in another pan, melt the butter and mix the flour, incorporating well.

Add the strained meat cooking broth and cook, stirring constantly, until a sauce forms.

When the meat is roasted, serve with the sauce.
