Oven Lobster Recipe with Butter and Lemon Sauce ๐Ÿฆž๐Ÿฆž๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿฅ‚


Ingredients:


4 whole lobsters

3 tablespoons of butter

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 medium onion chopped

juice of 1 lemon

Salsa q.s.

Pepper powder q.s.

salt





Preparation:


Cook the lobsters in salted water.

Leave to cool.

Then, open them in half, separating them completely. Remove the casing.

Place in a pyrex ovenproof dish. Reserve.

Separately, make the butter sauce.

In a pan, place the butter and let it melt.

Then add the chopped onion and garlic.

Let the onion become translucent.

Finally add the lemon juice, mixing well.

Season with chopped parsley and pepper and, if necessary, a pinch of salt.

Cover the lobsters with this sauce and place in the oven to brown.

Suggestion: Serve with a rich lettuce, tomato and feta cheese salad or use them as a starter.
