Orange Cake with Fruit Zest ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŽ…๐ŸŽ…๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„


Ingredients


3 eggs


200 ml of orange juice


1/2 cup of oil


1 and 1/2 cups of sugar


2 cups of wheat flour


1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder (cake yeast)


Zest of 1 orange







method of preparation



Beat the eggs, orange juice, oil and sugar in a blender.

Pour into a bowl, add the flour little by little, then the yeast and zest.

Transfer to a greased pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for around 40 minutes.

Unmold, brush with orange juice and sprinkle more zest on top.

Enjoy.
