Carrot Cake with Chocolate 🎄🎅🎅


Ingredients:

 

5 medium carrots

5 eggs

1/2 cup of oil

2 cups full of flour

2 level cups of sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

 

Chocolate syrup:

100 g of chocolate powder

3 egg yolks

3 tablespoons of sugar

3 tablespoons margarine at room temperature




 

Preparation:

 

Choose very tender carrots. Peel, wash them, and then drain and grate them. Add the eggs to the resulting batter, one at a time. Also add the oil and beat very well. Separately, mix the flour with the sugar and yeast. Add this mixture of dry elements to the other mixture. Beat very well until the dough forms bubbles. Place the dough in a greased and floured pan. Bake in the preheated oven for around 40 minutes.

Chocolate syrup:

Mix all the ingredients and heat until all the elements are well combined. Cover while the cake is still hot.
