 Fish Cream 🐟🐠


Ingredients:


500 g cooked fish without skin and bones

400 g potatoes

300 g carrots

2 leeks

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

0.5 dl Olive Oil

coriander q.s.

Salt and pepper q.s.





Preparation:


Cook the fish and set aside. Use the cooking water to cook the remaining ingredients.

Peel and wash the onion, garlic cloves, potatoes and carrots, cut them into small pieces and place in a pan.

Arrange and wash the leek, cut into pieces and add to the pan. Add salt, pepper and a sprig of coriander. Cover with the fish cooking water and simmer for around 35 minutes.

Then remove from the heat, add the olive oil, adjust the seasoning and the amount of water and blend very well with a hand blender. Add the shredded fish.

Garnish to taste.
