Clams with Coriander 🎄🎅


Ingredients

Clams – 2kg

Garlic – 6 Cloves

Coriander – 1/2 Branch

White Wine – 1 Glass

Olive Oil – To Taste

Lemon – 1/2

Pepper – To taste

Salt – To taste





Instructions


Leave the clams to soak in salted water for a few hours, then drain and rinse several times under running water until the water runs clear.

Now in a wok or wide frying pan add the crushed garlic cloves, with plenty of olive oil (covering the bottom well).

Then add the clams with a good pinch of salt, let them fry a little more until they start to open.

Finally add the white wine followed by the chopped coriander, put on a lid and let it cook completely until the clams open completely and that's it, serve with lemon slices and very rustic bread to soak in the sauce, enjoy!
