Christmas Molotof without Oven 🎄🎄🎅🎅
Ingredients:
8 egg whites
8 tablespoons of sugar
7 gelatin sheets
caramel
Cream:
6 egg yolks
200g sugar
1.5 dl water
Preparation:
Place the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Then drain and microwave for 30 seconds. Leave to cool.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and caramel (to taste) and, beating constantly, add the melted gelatin.
Beat a little more to connect well.
Rinse the mold with cold water and pour the mixture into the mold. Beat the mold well on the counter to avoid air bubbles.
Refrigerate until solidified
