Christmas dreams 🎅🎄🎄🎅

Ingredients:

2.5 dl of water

2 strips of orange peel

1 c. of salt coffee

75 g liquid butter

150 g of flour

1 c. of baking powder tea

4 medium eggs

sugar and cinnamon powder q.s.

Preparation:

Bring the water to the boil with the orange peels and salt. When it starts to boil, remove the orange peels, add the liquid butter and mix until it melts.

Remove from the heat and add the flour and yeast all at once. Stir with a wooden spoon until the dough forms a ball and comes away from the sides of the pan.

Transfer to the mixing bowl and let it cool slightly. Turn on the mixer and add the eggs one at a time.

Drop the dough in spoonfuls into the hot oil. Poke with a skewer so that the dreams grow and become very fluffy.

Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on absorbent paper. Pass through a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
