Ingredients

 

70 gr of sugar

400 gr of condensed milk

400 gr of evaporated milk

3 eggs







Preparation


The caramel:


Place the sugar in the pan over medium heat and let it caramelize naturally. Do not use spatulas to stir, simply hold the handle of the pan and turn it from one side to the other.

  Step 2 - Pour the caramel into the bottom of each mold and set them aside. In a pan, mix the two milks (condensed and evaporated) and bring to a boil.

  Step 3 - In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs and once the milk mixture is boiled, pour it into the egg bowl and mix well.

  Step 4 - Pour this preparation into each of the caramelized molds. Place the flan molds in another large pan. They must be done in a water bath. When placing the large pan in the oven, pour in the boiling water. In the oven, 50 minutes at 160°C.

  Step 5 - Remove from the oven and wait to cool completely before removing from the pans.
