Chicken and chorizo rice 🍗🍗🍗🍗
Ingredients
80 gr bacon (strips)
75 gr of chorizo (or pepperoni)
1/2 onion
1 pepper (green / pepper)
200 gr of chicken
120 gr of rice
190 ml of water
1 broth (chicken/tablet)
1 col. sweet pepper tea (or paprika)
pepper (1 pinch)
Preparation
Cut the ingredients: Chorizo into slices, chop the onion, chicken and pepper into strips.
In the pressure cooker, sauté the bacon and chorizo. Add the onion and mix.
Add the pepper and chicken. Sauté for another 2 minutes on average.
Add the rice and stir until it becomes translucent. Add the water, tablet and remaining seasonings. Mix well.
Cover the pressure cooker. When it starts to sizzle, lower the heat and let it cook for about 8 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let it cool/cool, release the pressure and open the pan. Is ready!
