Ingredients

 

The brownie:

3 eggs

80 gr brown sugar (brown, muscovado)

50 gr of wheat flour

150 gr of dark chocolate

150 gr of butter


The decoration :


60 gr of Oreo cookies

6 (to 8) cornstarch biscuits

20 gr of chocolate


Materials

25 cm square shape

Piping bag, pastry syringe or freezer bag





Preparation


In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar, then the flour.

Melt the chocolate with the butter and add the previous mixture. Mix well.

Pour/pour the dough into the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180Β°C.

Melt 20 g of chocolate and place it in the piping bag. Write words like "RIP" or draw a cross on the cornstarch cookies. You can break off the ends of the cookies to give them a dilapidated effect.

With the help of a knife, make cuts in the cake, just to place and leave the decorated cookies standing upright.

Crush the Oreos for an β€œearthy” effect. And sprinkle the brownie.
