 Banana and caramel pie 🎂🍰🧁


Ingredients

 

250 g of cinnamon biscuits

200 g of butter

4 small bananas

100 g brown sugar (brown)

400 g of condensed milk

200 ml liquid cream (sour cream)

a few squares of dark chocolate






Preparation



Crush the cinnamon biscuits and add 100 g of melted butter. Mix.

  Step 2 - Place parchment/butter paper on the bottom of a springform pan. Place the cinnamon biscuit mixture on the bottom to form the tart base.

Cut two bananas into slices and place on the base. Place in the fridge/refrigerator.

  Step 3 -Prepare the caramel:

Melt 100 g of butter in a frying pan and add the brown sugar. When the sugar melts, add the condensed milk.

  Step 4 - Mix and bring to a boil. Then pour over the bananas in the form of a ring and place in the fridge/refrigerator for 2 hours.

  Step 5 - When it is cold, remove the mold. Be careful, this step is delicate.

Arrange sliced bananas on top.

  Step 6 - Beat the cream (very cold and with 30% mg) until it forms whipped cream. Spread over the cake.

  Step 7 - Shred chocolate pieces and sprinkle over the whipped cream.
