Passion Fruit Pudding 🍮🍮🍮
Ingredients
1 liter of milk
2 boxes of passion fruit galatina
1 can of condensed milk
SYRUP:
2 passion fruit pulp with seeds
1/2 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice
sugar to taste
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
Bring the milk to a boil, dissolve the gelatin.
Blend in a blender with condensed milk, place in a pudding mold greased with oil and water, and refrigerate overnight.
SYRUP
mix the pulp, juice, sugar and water. Heat until it boils, then dissolve the cornstarch with a little water and mix in the pan until it thickens.
